Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears accused of grooming and molesting siblings in sexually explicit pretend play, according to a lawsuit

A woman and her younger brother have accused comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears in a new lawsuit of grooming them when they were children and forcing them to film sexually explicit skits.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday by siblings identified only as Jane Doe, 22, John Doe, now 14, and Jane, John’s legal guardian, who is the plaintiff in the suit individually and in her younger brother’s case. In my name or for me.

The lawsuit alleges that Haddash and Spears forced the siblings as children to engage in sexually explicit skits in separate incidents, in which they say she “robbed the youth of a 7-year-old and a 14-year-old.”

The lawsuit was first reported by The Daily Beast.

But Hadash and Spears’ attorneys dismissed the lawsuit, calling it extortion.

Haddish’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, said the plaintiff’s mother “has been trying to confirm these false allegations against Ms. Haddish for several years.”

Breitler called the allegations “unfounded,” and said Haddish had previously shown she was “unaffected.”

Now, Mrs. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this suit. The lawyer said the two would face the consequences of pursuing this petty act together.

In a separate statement, Debra Aubrey, Spears’ attorney, said the comedian “will not fall for any blackmail.”

According to the lawsuit, the two brothers knew Haddish and Spears as children because their mother had a close relationship.

The lawsuit said that in 2013, Haddish appeared as a guest speaker at a summer camp attended by Jane, then 14. During the visit, Haddish allegedly told Jane that she “plays a role perfect”.

The lawsuit claimed that neither Jane nor her mother knew what the shooting would entail, adding, “Only Spears and Haddish knew the sitcom’s story.”

The lawsuit alleges that the sitcom ended up having Haddish teach Jane how to imitate tongue.

In the incident, the lawsuit said a video clip that began playing in the recording studio showed an older man and a college-aged woman arguing over a sub sandwich, before eventually starting to eat the sandwich “simultaneously from either party.” The lawsuit said the two appeared to be moaning and making “sexual sounds because they were eating the sandwich in a way that mimics the action of tongue.”

“Physically, emotionally and mentally, prosecutor Jane Doe mimicked the actions Haddish and Spears wanted her to do so she could go home,” the statement read.

The suit alleged that the following year, Haddish told the siblings’ mother that she had a role for younger brother John, who was then seven, in a skit. “She just said it was a loud reel for Nickelodeon,” the lawsuit stated.

The lawsuit alleged that the plaintiffs’ mother had put John and Jane together so Jane could be a guardian, but the siblings were told they had to be “separated” for the Nickelodeon play.

The memo said Jon was later stripped of his underwear due to a skit called “Through the Eyes of a Pedophile” about a child left with a man, played by Spears, who “craves the child with lust” in several scenes before massaging Jon with him. Oil and then, getting into the bathtub with him and forcing the child to “approach him in the tub”. The lawsuit said that in the final scene, the child was depicted as a lustful erotica at Spears, who was only wearing shorts, before beginning to smear his body with oil.

The video ends with the words “Watch who you leave your kids with!” On screen, the lawsuit claimed.

“After filming, Mr. Doe called his mother in tears, saying he no longer wanted to shoot,” the lawsuit said.

The lawsuit alleged that the plaintiff’s mother repeatedly asked Spears and Haddish “what was filmed that made her son cry,” but Spears once told her that the footage had not yet been edited, and said he would get back to her about providing the unedited photo. screenshots. Haddish said she did not have a copy of the footage, the lawsuit alleges, but said it was meant to be a funny skit.

Days later, Spears told the mother that John was so uncooperative that the footage was unusable and was “deleted,” the lawsuit alleges.

And about four years later, in June 2018, the mother learned that a sitcom depicting her son had been published on the Internet, including on the “Funny or Die” website.

The lawsuit alleged that “the mother, upset, stated that she would not have allowed her son to participate in a skit about child pornography.”

“Funny Or Die found this video extremely disgusting and would not produce such content,” a spokesperson for the platform said in a statement.

“We were not involved in the conceptualization, development, financing or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 as soon as we became aware of its existence,” they said.

The lawsuit alleged that both Jane and John had developed social unrest, with Jane being unable to “trust anyone” since the accident and John suffering from depression and anxiety. They are suing Haddish and Spears for damages.
