Fabian said he and fellow co-star Millie and director Claire Kellner exchanged series of text messages and phone calls about the scene to make sure it was exactly what they wanted.
He said they also spoke with program coordinator Myriam Lucia to make sure they all feel comfortable and safe while filming the scene.
The intimate moment between Ser Criston and Rhaenyra occurs in episode four, after the princess ends up in a brothel with her uncle Daemon (Matt Smith), with the pair exchanging a kiss.
After leaving Daemon, 15-year-old Rhaenyra returns to the Red Keep where she bumps into Sir Creston, before stealing his helmet as he stands by her door – leading to a steamy moment between the pair.
