How did Jeffrey Dahmer die?

How did Jeff Dahmer die? Dahmer was beaten to death by a fellow prisoner, Christopher Scarver, on November 28, 1994. The two men were housed in Columbia Prison in Wisconsin. Wisconsin was the first to abolish the death penalty in 1853, thus, despite his heinous crimes, Dahmer never received the death penalty (though he wished he died. More on that later). Scarver, who was serving a 25-year sentence for armed robbery-turned-murder, arrived at about the same time as Dahmer in 1992. The serial killer’s safety was a major concern for prison staff. The The New York Times I reported at the time that Dahmer spent his first year in prison under protective isolation. As the state’s most notorious killer, authorities believed his murder might earn the convict an “honorable place in the prison world.” The authorities later deemed it safe to incorporate it into the population of 622 inmates. In July 1992, an attempt was made to assassinate Dahmer. A guest took a homemade plastic knife and unsuccessfully tried to cut Dahmer’s throat. Mail. “He started looking for the door very quickly. I blocked it.” All it took was two swings from the bar to Dahmer’s head. His skull was shattered and Dahmer was pronounced dead an hour after arriving at the hospital. He was 34 years old. “He ended up dead,” Scarver said of the murder.
