Brittany Aldean’s now transgender comment affects Jason Aldean’s career

In the days following Brittany Aldean’s viral anti-transgender comments and the social media storm that followed, Jason Aldean was dumped by his PR firm, with which he was associated for the past 17 years of his career.

Sharing a makeup video on her Instagram, Aldean captioned, “I really want to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through a tomboy. I love this feminine life.” It was a problem from the start, as Aldean apparently didn’t understand that being a tomboy didn’t mean identifying her as transgender, she faced criticism from many of her husband’s country music peers, including Maren Morris And the cassady bob.

Bob Aldean criticized for comparing “a tomboy stage” to someone who wants to transform”, adding “real cute” to the criticism coming home. Morris pulled Aldean even further in response to Bob’s tweet, with his text replying “Sell your videos and pull them, rebel! Barbie,” referring to earlier problematic comments made by Aldean in the aftermath of the storming of Capitol Hill in January 2021.

While she faced a huge public backlash after her initial comments, Aldean noted support from other famous individuals, including her husband, country artist RaeLynn, and Fox News Candice Owens. Aldan doubled down on her stance as public criticism mounted, posting an Instagram story in which she wrote, “Calling child genital mutilation in the guise of love and calling it ‘gender affirmation care’ is one of the worst evils,” he continued, “The other day Memphis wanted to be a dinosaur. And tomorrow the Navy will want to be a cat, they’re kids.”

Once again, apparently not understanding the nuances of transgender identification from an early age, backlash has continued to mount, now bringing down his PR firm Jason Aldean, who released a statement saying, “Music has always been nor Still the mainstay of GreenRoom, so we had to make the difficult decision after 17 years to step away from acting Jason. We’re not the best people at the party anymore, but we’ll always be big fans of his music – he’s one of the greatest live-entertainers in country music.”

Brittany Aldean’s recent efforts to recover were featured on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson tonight, which many would argue is not a recovery move at all, but another case of Aldean drilling into her heels. She told the show’s host that she “stands up for kids,” explaining, “I think kids shouldn’t be allowed to make these life-changing decisions at such a young age…we have ages for everything. We have cigarettes and driving and the military and voting…but for some reason.” ‘People think we can let a child choose their gender at a very young age? It’s very confusing to me.’

She went on to express her surprise at the audience’s reaction to her initial comment, saying, “I never thought there was anything wrong with that.” [my statement]. Given her appearance on the controversial “News” show, as well as her new merchandise release of Barbie-inspired clothes, captioned “Don’t Step On Our Children,” it’s not really shocking that her husband is now facing the consequences of her words and actions.
